The age limit to enter at the Festival is 18 years old. The minor people have access free of charge to the Festival, on the condition of being accompanied and framed under the responsibility of an adult of more than 25 years. A discharge must be signed at the entrance.
The presence of dogs or quite different animal is not authorized in the whole Festival area. This, for reasons of hygiene, safety and well-being of animals.
An official free Festival car park parking is available 5 min walk from the Festival (Follow the official signs).
The wild camping (Van, Bus, Camping Car) in the car parks of the whole town Sierre is not allowed. The Festival declines all responsibility in case of fine to the offenders.

The Festival uses cashless technology inside the Festival. Each entrance bracelet has a chip to load with the Maestro, Postcard, Mastercard/Visa Debit & Credit Card, V-Pay and Twint.
Cash money is not accepted at the Festival !
The balance of the chip is refunded until 15th August after the Festival online.
Alongside local craft beers, wine and cocktails, the Festival offers a great selection of food stalls.
The craft beer proposed is brewed in Sierre. A choice of 5 different beer is served over the Festival (IPA, Pale Ale, Belgian Strong Ale, White).
Plain water are free in the the bars.
The Festival proposes several food stalls around the world cuisine and the traditionnal plate from Valais responding to criteria of quality, local traceability and hygiene.
The Festival has a flat entrance which facilitates the coming of the people in wheelchair. An adapted toilet with an eurokey system is available on request at the first aid tent. The entrance is offered to the accompanying person. A facilitated access for parking spaces and a zone inside the Festival allows to see all the concerts.
