Jimena Angel 🇨🇴

Native of Bogotá, in Colombia, Jimena Angel lives today in Palomino on the Caribbean coast and at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Former member of the rock band Pepa Fresa and nominated for the Latin Grammy Awards, her music is now imbued with electronic and afro-Latin rhythms that exude the tropics. His numerous collaborations with Izem, Nikitch or Joaquin Cornejo have given birth to a hybrid tropical and electronic sound with danceable and hypnotic melodies. Her flagship titles Llamameya, Tengo lo que Tengo, Plátano Maduro and Nadie have brightened Europe’s festivals in 2022, where she was invited to the GUTS Around Pura Vida Festival, or shared the stage with Nickodemus.
