Barrio Lindo

Luthier, producer and co-founder of the collective Shika Shika, Agustin Rivaldo is an artist who owns several strings to his bow. His first steps in the music industry were marked by the album History of Colour in 2014, which led him to rediscover the traditions and origins of the ancient Americas with El Búho, his partner and friend. His music, between traditional and electronic influences, is also inspired by the lushing fauna and flora of the continent whose latest ongoing project A Guide to the birdsong of South America is eloquent. This crowfunded album supports three Ngos active in the preservation of bird sanctuaries in Costa Rica, the Caribbean and Mexico.
